DSM House of Design is not your average rental space; it’s a creatively styled home designed to elevate whatever you’re planning. Whether you’re hosting a photoshoot, small gathering, workshop, or content day, every corner of this space is layered with texture, color, and personality, giving you a built-in backdrop that does the heavy lifting for you. Perfect for: • Photoshoots (boudoir, branding, family, content) • Small events & gatherings (up to 25 people) • Workshops, classes, and creative meetups • Styled content days and collaborations The space includes access to multiple uniquely designed areas throughout the home. All bookings are manually approved to ensure the best fit for the space. If you’re dreaming up something fun, different, or a little extra, this is your place. This is a curated space, not a party house. Bookings are selected to align with the creative vision of DSM House of Design.
Cancellation Policy
At DSM House of Design, we’re excited to host your event and help create a memorable experience. Please review the following rental policies before booking. Event Access & Use Your rental includes access to the space during the agreed-upon time frame for your scheduled event. Entry details, including access codes and instructions, will be provided prior to your rental. Rental Fees The total rental fee will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any remaining balance after the deposit is due by the end of your rental period. End of Rental Responsibilities At the end of your rental period, you are responsible for: • Removing all personal items and decorations • Disposing of trash properly • Returning all keys or access devices • Leaving the space in the condition it was found  Damages & Liability The renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, or vendors during the rental period. DSM House of Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Insurance Requirement Proof of liability insurance may be required prior to your event. Coverage must meet minimum requirements and list DSM House of Design as an additional insured. Payment & Late Fees Any unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or interest until paid in full. Agreement By booking the space, you agree to all rental terms and policies outlined above.
